hurrrr i keep thinking oh god have you mistaken me for someone else but i should really stop beating myself up and selling myself short. skjdlks thank you. i used to suck at keeping clean lines until i discovered illustrator. after spending a few months on illustrator, i went back to photoshop, and i guess that helped in the line department (also learning about dpi and how a simple resize can make your lines look sharp, wow!).
i’ve certainly missed the line work i could accomplish in illustrator and am trying to think of how i can combine that with coloring in photoshop in the future. i worry bouncing between the two programs will make my style look inconsistent, but i’m a sucker for constant experimenting.
i’m trying to get better at painting. a lot of referencing works wonders though i also don’t want to make it my crutch. crossing my fingers that this year i improve.
